Our Curliest Variety, crisp, tender, green leaf whose curls make it perfect for holding the dressing in salads, or the sauce in kale chips.

Distinctive purplish stems/veins that run through a relatively flat leaf with a rough edge.

A Blackish Blue member of the kale family known for its reptilian looking texture whose gondala or scoop-like shape makes it perfect for salad boat presentations when eaten raw.

Deep Purple almost black, a flat leaf similar to "Red Vein" but with with a slightly thicker leaf and whose purple color makes it especially rich in antioxidants.
