A member of the Chinese cabbage family: That boasts sweet crunchy stalks with smooth tender leaves eaten both raw & cooked. We try and maintain 4-5 varieties at all times.

Mei Choi

Light green leafs with matching light green stems, a slightly smaller Choi

Beautiful deep violet leaf tops with light green under bellies.  This Choi is our smallest, hosting delicate purple/green stalks.

Toy Choy

Our Most Tender Choi, often eaten in place of lettuce in hot season; It has bright white stalks with light green almost curly leaves.
